Particulars of a Place: Blancs de Bourgogne Deux Mille Dix-Huit

Particulars of a Place features a curated tasting of three distinguished Burgundian white wines from the celebrated 2018 vintage, namely Vincent Girardin - Meursault 2018, Chateau Du Clos - Pouilly-Fuissé 2018, and Pattes Loup - Butteaux 1er Cru 2018. 

Attendees will explore how the unique environmental conditions of that year, marked by an exceptionally hot and dry summer, influenced the wines. The 2018 vintage is considered legendary, producing whites that are rich, fresh, and capable of aging well.

Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a specific cheese: Meursault with Mimolette, Pouilly-Fuissé with Le Fleurmier, and Butteaux with Rockstar Cheddar, to enhance the tasting experience.
